Football Will Call
Public
Tickets that have been ordered through the ISU Athletic Ticket Office may be picked up at Gate 4 which is located on the northwest side of
Hancock Stadium. Will Call opens four hours prior to game time. In order to obtain tickets held in will call, a photo ID that matches the name
on the ticket order is required and must be presented at time of pick up. Refunds will not be issued for any tickets that are not picked up at Will
Call.
Visiting Team
Tickets that have been ordered through or issued by the visiting team should be picked up at Gate 7, located on the southeast side of Hancock
Stadium. All recipients will be required to show a valid ID.
Press
Press Will Call is at Gate 4, located on the northwest side of Hancock Stadium. Will Call opens four hours prior to kickoff. An ID will be required
when picking up press credentials.
Illinois State Player Guests; Recruits And High School Coaches
Individuals who have been named by an Illinois State football player or cheerleader to receive a ticket, individuals being recruited by Illinois
State, or high school coaches will pick up their ticket at Horton Field House- Gate 1A, located between Redbird Arena and Hancock Stadium.
All recipients will be required to show a valid ID.
