Admissions

Infants and toddlers, ages two and under, are allowed to enter the facility free of charge, but the infant must sit on the lap of an adult during the game. This policy applies to events held on the Illinois State University campus only and excludes any postseason events.

Address Changes

Please notify the ISU Athletics Ticket Office of any changes in the information we have on file in your customer account. Changes of address must be done in writing and may be faxed to the ISU Athletics Ticket Office at (309) 438-2220, or mailed to ISU Athletics Ticket Office, 207 Redbird Arena, Campus Box 2660, Normal, IL 61790. Please use the Change of Address Form to make changes or corrections. Please remember that any changes of address will not be accepted via telephone in order to protect the privacy of patrons.

Faculty/Staff Discounts

Illinois State Faculty and Staff may purchase season tickets at a discounted rate this includes a ticket for their spouse and children eighteen and under.

Mailing Of Tickets

All tickets will be mailed approximately two weeks before the event. If tickets have not been received by the week of the event, please contact the Athletics Ticket Office to have replacement tickets issued. Replacement tickets will be held at will call and available for pick up on the date of the event. Tickets ordered seven days or less prior to an event will not be mailed and must be picked up at will call.

Refunds/Exchanges

When possible, based upon availability, ticket exchanges will be made. Refunds will be given at the discretion of the Athletics Ticket Office for customers with special or unforeseen circumstances.

Payment For Tickets

Tickets will not be released or held without payment. Payments may be made by cash, personal check, money order, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express only. Checks must be made payable to Illinois State Athletics.

Ticket Replacement

Lost or forgotten tickets purchased through the Illinois State Athletics Ticket Office may be replaced for full face value plus a $5 fee per ticket (paid at the time the replacements are issued). Tickets purchased at the window, through a second party, or at a ticket outlet may not be replaced, as there is not a seating record available. Customers who locate and return their tickets within two (2) weeks of the event will only be assessed the $5 fee.

Stolen tickets will be replaced for a service fee of $5 per customer if a copy of the police report is submitted to the Illinois State Athletics Ticket Office at the time of the request. In the absence of a police report, the above policy will apply.

Laundered or mutilated tickets will be replaced for a service fee of $5 when pieces of the ticket are provided. If pieces of the ticket cannot be provided, it will be treated as a lost or forgotten ticket. Replacement tickets have precedence over the original tickets.
