The Redbirds fell to Northern Iowa, 9-3, on Senior Day at Marian Kneer Stadium.

2013: Made 12 relief appearances in the circle, going 1-1 with a 3.21 ERA, while also appearing in five games offensively, including two starts as the designated player, accumulating one hit, run scored and RBI...five of 12 pitching appearances came against top-25 teams...made pitching debut at No. 22 Baylor (Feb. 7), tossing 0.2 perfect innings...made offensive debut as the DP vs. Northern Illinois (Feb. 8), going 1-for-3...threw 3.2 scoreless innings of relief at No. 3 Arizona State (Feb. 15)...earned her first-career win, going 1.2 innings and allowing three runs vs. UIC (Feb. 17)...went 2.2 innings vs. No. 5 Texas A&M, surrendering just one run...scored and drove in her first-career run vs. Miami (Ohio) (March 10)...made her MVC debut with 1.1 scoreless innings of relief vs. SIU (March 29)...tossed 1.1 scoreless inning of relief at Drake (April 13)...pitched a career-high 5.0 innings of relief at Wichita State (April 20), allowing just one run.

Prior to ISU: Four-year letterwinner for John Perez at Santiago High School...Went 13-2 as a senior with a 1.55 ERA...also hit .448 with 10 homeruns, 38 RBI and 37 runs scored...selected to ESPN All-State First Team...also an all-state, all-area and all-conference selection...led her team to CIF Division I title and California State championship as a junior in 2011...went 12-2 with a 1.59 ERA while hitting .382 and belting four homeruns...first team all-conference selection...second team all CIF, third team all state...Big VIII All-Academic...14-0 with a 0.70 as a sophomore in 2010...struck out 113 batters...hit .330 with four homeruns...helped squad win Big VIII title...first team all-conference...First Team All CIF Southern Section...hit .315 as a freshman...named second-team all conference, as her squad was a CIF Division I Finalist...was a member of the California Lite 18 Gold...finished 23-4 with an 1.82 ERA for the Lite in 2011 and hit .415 with seven homers and 58 RBI...led summer team to a first-place finish at the 16U Champions Cup and third-place finishes at the 16U Premier National Tournament and 18U Aurora Fireworks Showcase Tournament
