NORMAL, Ill. - Spots still remain for the four summer camps that will be hosted by head coach Drew Roff and the Illinois State soccer team this summer at Hancock Stadium and Adelaide Street Field. Those who register before Friday, May 31 at 11:59 p.m., will receive a $25 discount.

Coming up soon is the first of two Future Redbirds Camp sessions, which will take place Monday, June 10 through Wednesday, June 12 at Hancock Stadium. Online registration for that session is open until June 8 at 11:59 p.m. Walk-up registrations will be accepted on the first day of the camp as well, from 8-9 a.m.

Session II of the Future Redbirds Camp will be from July 25-27 at Adelaide Street Field. The Future Redbirds Camp aims to help children develop skills and a passion for soccer in a competitive and fun environment. Players will be trained and grouped within ages or skill levels, with goalkeeper training available. Each session will contain three days lasting from 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. Prices for the camp are $150 for an individual or $125 with a group of eight or more. The cost includes instruction and a t-shirt.

In addition to the revived Future Redbirds Camp, the program continues to offer its Elite ID Camp, which is a four-day, overnight camp designed for 13-18 year old girls only who are competitively involved in club and/or high school soccer and want to improve their technical and tactical skills. This camp encourages young players to become better players and teammates in sessions that are both challenging and enjoyable. It is designed with a small environment (maximum 60 players) so that each player can receive the individualized attention required for development.

Registration is open for both sessions of the Elite ID camp, July 21-24 (Session I) or July 28-31 (Session II). The cost of $475 for an individual includes instruction, meals, overnight housing on the ISU campus and a t-shirt. The price reduces to $450 for individuals signing up with a group of eight or more, and $395 for those who will not stay overnight.

Each camp will be led by Roff, his staff and the Redbird players. Illinois State has made the NCAA Tournament three times in the last four years, including 2012, and continues to establish itself as one of the best in the region while garnering national recognition and accolades.
