2013 in Review

The Redbird soccer team put together its best season in program-history in 2013.

RS Sophomore (2013): Season...made 19 appearances as a reserve forward...tallied a career-high four points on one goal and two assists...registered an assist at Illinois (Sept. 1)...recorded another helper in the home victory over Saint Louis (Sept. 17)...scored her first-career goal against IPFW (Sept. 27), sneaking a header inside the right post...also tallied a career-high three shots against the Mastodons...played a career-high 43 minutes in the NCAA Tournament second round match at No. 11 Michigan (Nov. 22).

Sophomore (2012): Season...redshirted due to torn ACL suffered in exhibition match against Eastern Michigan (Aug. 12).

Freshman (2011): Season...appeared in 16 games, recording two points on a pair of assists...tallied her first-career assist in a 5-2 win against Bowling Green (Aug. 21)...was credited with an assist in a 3-0 win at Eastern Michigan (Sept. 16)...fired a season-high two shots against Evansville (Oct. 9).

Downers Grove South/Windy City Pride: Three-year starter at Downers Grove South for head coach Barry Jacboson...tallied 24 goals and five assists as a junior and was named IHSSCA All-State...named team captain, West Suburban All-Conference, Sun Times All-Area Third Team and Chicago Tribune All-State Special Mention as a junior...scored 11 goals and notched a pair of assists on her way to all-section and all-conference honors as a sophomore...scored 11 goals and helped the Mustangs to a fourth place finish at the IHSA State Tournament as a freshman...three-year starter of the Windy City Pride club team...2009 National College Recruiting Prospects finalist...2008 State Cup Finalist and US Club Soccer Champions.
