BLOOMINGTON, Ill. - The Illinois State women's basketball team celebrated National Breast Cancer Awareness Month by volunteering at a local event for breast cancer survivors. The Redbirds donated some time Oct. 7 at Rhapsody In Pink: A Night of Music, Mingling and Merriment at the Bloomington Country Club. The event was the annual Breast Cancer Survivor's Celebration hosted by the Comprehensive Breast Cancer Service and the Community Cancer Center in Normal.
