Jan. 26, 2014

NORMAL, Ill. - Despite several cancellations due to the cold weather conditions in the Bloomington-Normal area, including the closure of Illinois State University, the Redbird women's basketball game against Missouri Valley Conference rival Missouri State Monday at 7:05 p.m., will still be played.

Illinois State encourages fans to be cautious when traveling to Redbird Arena and the ISU Grounds Crews will be on site to keep parking lots and sidewalks clear. Parking for the game will be the same as all other home games with parking lots available to the west and north of Redbird Arena for public parking.

Missouri State leads the all-time series with Illinois State, 34-30, but ISU leads the Lady Bears, 18-13, in games played at Redbird Arena.
