Weekly Press Conferences Streaming Live Tuesday

NORMAL, Ill. - Illinois State football head coach Brock Spack will preview his team's upcoming game against No. 4 Northern Iowa and ISU volleyball head coach Melissa Myers will preview a pair of weekend Valley games at home at the Illinois State Coaches Luncheon Tuesday, Nov. 15, at noon at the Kaufman Football Building.

Coming off five-straight wins, including two over ranked opponents, the No. 14 ranked Redbird football team (7-3, 5-2 MVFC) will wrap up the regular season at home against No. 4 Northern Iowa (8-2, 6-1 MVFC) at 11 a.m. at Hancock Stadium, with potential playoff implications at stake for both squads. Coach Spack will break down the big game this weekend and will be joined by seniors Josh Howe and Cal McCarthy at this week's luncheon.

The Redbird volleyball team (17-11, 9-5 MVC) is coming off a 3-0 defeat on the road at Indiana State last Saturday, but will return home to Redbird Arena this weekend, where the team is 8-2 this season, for its final two regular-season contests. ISU will play its first match of the weekend Friday at 7:05 p.m., when Wichita State comes to town. The `Birds will then wrap up their regular season Saturday against Missouri State at 7:35 p.m. as part of the "Spend A Day With The Redbirds" tripleheader.

Coach Myers will be joined at the weekly press luncheon by senior setter Kristen Stauter. The Bloomington, Ill., native leads the team with 990 set assists this season and has played in 104 out of a possible 109 sets this season for the Redbirds.
