NORMAL, Ill. - The Illinois State Athletics Department will welcome the Chicago Blackhawks into Redbird Arena, as the two organizations have partnered for a unique fan experience surrounding the Illinois State-Missouri State men's basketball game on Wednesday, Jan. 25. The game is scheduled to tipoff at 6:05 p.m.

Specific details about this special event are still being finalized, but the Chicago Blackhawks national anthem singer Jim Cornelison will be on hand to perform the anthem. In addition, former Blackhawk stars will be in attendance and available pregame for autographs, and Tommy Hawk, the team mascot will also be in the building.

There will also be special Blackhawks prizes and giveaways, including an exclusive Blackhawks poster with an Illinois State twist for the first 2,000 ISU students in attendance. During halftime, the Chicago Blackhawks have also planned special entertainment for this unique event.
