Fans can watch Monday's men's and women's basketball media conferences, featuring men's basketball coach Dan Muller and women's basketball coach Stephanie Glance, beginning at 1 p.m., from the media room in Redbird Arena. The event will be streamed live on RedbirdHD.tv.
The Redbird men's basketball team (16-13, 7-9 Missouri Valley Conference) hosts senior night this Wednesday, Feb. 27, against Missouri State. Tickets to the game, including $5 upper bowl seats, are available by calling (309) 438-8000. Illinois State will wrap up the regular season this Saturday, Mar. 2, at Northern Iowa, ahead of the Missouri Valley Conference Tournament.
The Illinois State women's basketball team (18-8, 10-4 MVC) is riding a five-game winning streak into a two-game homestand, beginning with a matchup against Wichita State this Thursday (Feb. 28), followed by Missouri State on Sunday, Mar. 3.
Monday's press conference will feature men's basketball senior guard Tyler Brown, senior forward Jackie Carmichael and senior forward John Wilkins, followed by women's basketball sophomore forward Brianna Puni. The men's press conference will begin at 1 p.m., followed by the women's at 1:30 p.m.
