Igor Vrzina

Igor Vrzina enters his second season as Illinois State's administrative assistant.

Vrzina, a native of Indjija, Serbia, played four years of college basketball in the United States. His career began at Hill College (Hillsboro, Texas), where he played two years (2003-05) for head coach Swede Trenkle.

Vrzina transferred to Idaho for the 2005-06 campaign. He started 20 games during that season.

He finished his career at Abilene Christian University (Abilene, Texas), where he averaged 16 points-per-game in conference play.

He served as the team captain during his final season (2006-07). Vrzina graduated with his bachelor's degree from Abilene Christian in July 2007.
