Averaged 12.5 points and 11 rebounds per game • Howe posted a 16-6 record and earned its first sectional win since 1960, before falling in the sectional final • Also qualified for the state track and field championship meet in both the shot put and the discus • Placed second in the state in the shot put and fourth in the discus • Finished ranked No. 24 nationally in the shot put.

Was the top player on the basketball team • Represented Barbados at the Under-19 level • Also represented Barbados on three occasions at the Caribbean Free Trade Association (CARIFTA) Games, winning bronze and silver medals in the javelin, shot put and the discus.
