2012:Finished his freshman season 8-4 with a 4.84 ERA ... the eight victories were a team-best ... started and appeared in 15 games ... struck out 54 batters in 80 innings of work ... made his first college appearance versus Austin Peay (2/18), working four innings and striking out four batters ... tallied his first collegiate victory against Tennessee Tech (2/26), throwing five scoreless innings in a 28-2 victory over the Golden Eagles ... won three-consecutive starts (3/11-3/25), defeating Iowa, Army and Webster ... tallied a season-best seven strikeouts, earning a victory after throwing six innings of one-run ball against Bradley (4/21) ... earned a complete-game victory, with four strikeouts and two runs allowed at Creighton (4/28).
