2011: (Cross Country): Ran to a third-place finish at the 2011 State Farm MVC Championships, helping the women's team to their first-ever MVC title since the Gateway Conference was absorbed by the MVC in 1992 ... earned All-Valley honors with that 17:46.6 5K performance ... took 13th at the NCAA Midwest Regional, running a 21:30.89 6K ... earned all-region honors with that performance ... finished fourth at the Illinois Intercollegiate Championships with a personal-best 5K performance of 17:41 ... ran a personal-best 6K at the Bradley Classic, posting a time of 21:28.77 ... named a Valley Scholar-Athlete and earned USTFCCCA All-Academic certificate for her performance at the regional meet and in the classroom.

2009: (Cross Country): Ran a season-best time of 18:35 to finish in 17th place at the Illinois Intercollegiate Championships ... placed 154th at the NCAA Pre-Nationals, with a season-best 6K mark of 22:43 ... was the third Redbird runner to cross the finish line at the MVC Championships in 19:41 and finished in 18th place.
2008: (Cross Country): Competed in six races ... finished 14th at the State Farm Missouri Valley Conference Cross Country Championships, covering the 5K course in a season-best 18:29.16 ... was the first freshman finisher at the championships ... turned in a season-best 6K at the NCAA Midwest Regional Championships, crossing the finish line in 64th place with a time of 22:40.20 ... placed fifth in first collegiate race at the Illini 4K Challenge with a time of 15:40.89.
