2006: Posted three top-six finishes during the season ... record her best 5K time (18:11.23) and finished in second place at the Bradley Open ... finished in third place (18:17) at the Illini Challenge 5K ... placed sixth (14:35.68) at the Illini Open 4K ... competed in six races ... finished in 23rd place at the State Farm Missouri Valley Conference Championships ... ran her best 6K finish of 22:42 and placed 11th at the Bradley Classic.

2005-06: Finished fifth in the 1,500-meters (4:41.14) at the State Farm MVC Outdoor Championships ... took second-place at the Alabama Relays in the 1,500-meters with a time of 4:36.12 ... part of the DMR indoor conference championship relay team ... placed third in the indoor mile at the State Farm MVC Indoor Championships to earn all-conference honors.

2004-05: A 19th place finisher in the 5K (18:58.64) at the State Farm MVC Cross Country Championships ... took third in the outdoor 800-meter run at the Gatorade Classic with a time of 2:17.17 ... first place finisher in the 1,500-meter run at both the Gatorade Classic (4:36.41) and the Central Collegiate Championships (4:42.53) ... won the indoor 800 at the Redbird Invite with a time of 2:17.20 ... placed fifth in the indoor mile at the State Farm MVC Indoor Championships with a time of 4:59.26 ... member of the MVC Scholar-Athlete team.

2003-04: Placed fourth in the 1,500-meter run at the MVC Outdoor Championships, finishing with a time of 4:38.64 ... finished fifth in the mile at the MVC Indoor Championships with a time of 5:05.01 ... won the mile at the Ohio State Invite on January 31 with a time of 5:08.71 ... part of the women's distance medley relay that placed third at the MVC Indoor Championships (12:07.41).

2002-03: Competed mostly in the outdoor 1,500 ... placed seventh at the conference meet in the 1,500 with a time of 4:40.47 ... finished 16th at the 2002 MVC Cross Country Championships.

At Neenah: All-area, all-conference and all-state selection in cross country her senior year ... as a senior, finished third at the state cross country championships while placing 10th, 21st and ninth from ninth-grade until final year ... ran the 4K her final prep season in 13:48.
