2004-05: Battled injuries through much of the cross country and track seasons ... placed fifth in the mile (4:13.13) during the State Farm MVC Indoor Championships ... was a fourth place finisher in the mile at the McDonald's Invite with a time of 4:13.99 ... won the 3,000-meter run at the Redbird Invite during the indoor season, finishing with a time of 8:39.95 ... teamed up with Joe Marcin, DeAndre Tillman and Dan Tripp to take second in the distance medley relay (9:58.62) at the State Farm MVC Indoor Championships ... took third in the 6K (19:55.27) at the Redbird Challenge during the cross country season.

2003-04: Missouri Valley Conference Champion in the 1,500-meter run during the outdoor season, finishing with a time of 3:51.99 ... qualified for NCAA Mideast Regional during the Redbird Classic, finishing with a career best time of 3:47.83 ... traveled to Austin, Texas for the Texas Relays where he took second in the 1,500 with a time of 3:48.98 ... second place finisher in both the indoor 5,000-meter run (14:26.23) and mile (4:11.30) at the MVC Indoor Championships ... named Missouri Valley Conference Track Athlete of the Week on April 20 ... was named to the MVC All-Conference team during the 2003 cross country season ... finished third at the MVC Cross Country Championships in 2003.

2002-03: Part of the men's distance medley relay that took second with a time of 10:03.58 at the indoor conference meet ... won the 1,500 meters at the outdoor season at the Alabama Relays, Vanderbilt Invite and Saluki Spring Classic ... qualified for NCAA Regionals in the 1,500 at the Vanderbilt Invite with a time of 3:49.90.

At DeSmet Jesuit: Finished third in state in the mile run and set a school record senior year ... ran the mile in 4:16 and two miles in 9:33, both prep school bests ... two-mile conference record holder ... placed seventh in state cross country meet senior season while team took home fourth-place honors ... AAU team named national champions ... five-time AAU All-American.
