Indoor: Finished fourth in the 3,000-meter run at the Missouri Valley Conference Indoor Track & Field Championships (Feb. 25), posting a personal-best time of 9:56.15 ... took fifth at the same meet in the 5,000-meter run with a time of 17:14.37, another personal-best ... finished second in the mile at the Big Meet (Feb. 10) with a career-best time of 5:03.59.
Outdoor: Finished second at the EIU Big Blue Classic (March 29) in the 5,000-meter run, hitting a personal-best time of 17:04.33 ... took third in her first-ever 3,000-meter steeplechase, turning in a time of 10:36.70 at the ISU vs. SIU Dual (April 7) ... finished fourth in the 10,000-meter run at the Missouri Valley Conference Outdoor Track & Field Championships (May 11) with a time of 36:30.30, a personal-best ... scored again at the conference meet in the 5,000-meter run, finishing fifth with a time of 17:48.79 ... qualified for the NCAA Division I West Region Preliminary Round (May 24) in the 3,000-meter steeplechase, where she ran a 11:19.54 ... named an MVC Scholar-Athlete .. .named to the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) All-Academic team.
PRIOR TO ISU
At Tuscola High School: Participated in track, cross country, basketball, softball and volleyball ... holds school record for most stolen bases in softball ... sectional qualifier in cross country her sophomore season ... placed sixth at the indoor track state meet ... won the July 4th Freedom Celebration 5K with a time of 18:34 ... placed 15th out of a field of 3,710 competitors at the Champaign Half Marathon with a time of 1:31:00 ... named MVP for volleyball her senior year.
Personal: Born 1/25/1991 ... daughter of Terry Brewer and Mary Ann Pattenavde... siblings are Courtney Brewer, Jimmy Pattenavde, Ryan Pattenavde and Scott Pattenavde ... plans to major in marketing.
