SAAC Members
Student-Athlete Advisory Council

The Student-Athlete Advisory Council (SAAC) is composed of student-athletes from each team. Student-athletes are appointed by their respective coaches. The purpose of the SAAC is to serve as a liaison between the athletic teams and the Athletic Administration, in the development of support services and enrichment programs for student-athletes. SAAC meetings are held once a month.

SAAC has aided in the creation of many new initiatives, traditions and programs for Illinois State University Athletics. SAAC serves as a pinnacle of ISU Athletics, as it provides a voice for student-athletes and an opportunity to guide the direction of the athletics program for which they all serve.
