Please provide the name of your group, type of performance, contact person, phone number, address, number of performers and coaches, dates and sports group is interested in performing for.

Guidelines:

  • Music, which must be provided two weeks in advance, must be on a CD
  • Pass list must be completed and returned two weeks in advance
  • Selection dependent upon date and availability of halftime, performance times may vary
    • Go Redbirds!
