NORMAL, Ill. – Illinois State students are encouraged to wear their best beach attire for Illinois State's Missouri Valley Conference home opener Sept. 22 as part of "Serves Up Night" at Redbird Arena.
The first 150 students in attendance will have a chance to claim an Illinois State Volleyball Serves Up tank top as the Redbirds take on MVC foe Missouri State, the alma mater of first-year Illinois State head coach Leah Johnson.
Students will also have a chance to win a YETI cooler via a Red Alert Snapchat scavenger hunt. Stay tuned to Red Alert on Twitter, Facebook and Instagram for more details.
The Alamo II will be on the concourse selling merchandise during the match on Sept. 22.
Tickets for the match are available from the Illinois State Athletics Ticket Office. Fans can purchase tickets online at GoRedbirds.com/Tickets, by calling (309) 438-8000, or by visiting the ticket office, located at the north entrance to Redbird Arena.
