Director of Compliance

Sean Strauch carries three years of experience with schools in the Southeastern Conference (SEC) to his job as director of compliance at Illinois State.

Strauch monitors Redbird recruiting, student-athlete employment, playing and practice seasons and camps and clinics. Before being hired by ISU in 2010, Strauch worked at South Carolina, Georgia Tech and Tennessee, where he played a role in all aspects of NCAA compliance.

A graduate of the University of South Carolina with a degree in sport and entertainment management, Strauch also holds a graduate degree in sport management from the University of Tennessee.
