Kyle Sny joined the Karin L. Bone Athletics Study Center in August 2012 as an academic coordinator for football. Sny has worked with football on the academic side since August 2008.
Before joining Illinois State, Sny worked as an athletic academic counselor at Kansas State, providing academic advisement to maintain eligibility and progress toward degrees. He established and maintained a tutorial schedule for all 125 football student-athletes, including midterm and final exam reviews. Sny supervised graduate assistants on daily projects and student-athlete class attendance checks, while also serving as the liaison to the College of Human Ecology. Prior to working with KSU, Sny spent a year at Ohio University with the Bobcat football team.
Sny has been a member of the National Association of Academic Advisors for Athletics since 2009 and holds an N4A Individual Certification. He resides in Normal, Ill.
