Paul Kabbes

Normal, Ill., native Paul Kabbes is a graduate assistant in the development office for ISU athletics. Kabbes works with other development office members and contributes to the overseeing of The Weisbecker Fund, annual giving and other daily office functions. Kabbes has largely contributed to the growth and cultivation of Young Birds, a young donor group a part of The Weisbecker Fund.

Before arriving to Illinois State, Kabbes attended Illinois Wesleyan and obtained a bachelor's degree in business administration, with a focus in management. At Illinois Wesleyan, Kabbes played baseball for four years and was the starting pitcher for the Titan squad that won the 2010 NCAA Division III National Championship.

Kabbes has also worked with The Miracle League of Central Illinois as a fundraising intern and was previously a sport marketing intern in the ISU marketing and promotions department.
