A setter for the Redbirds, Jordan was Gateway Conference Most Valuable Player in 1985 ... led Illinois State to four-straight league titles and NCAA Tournament appearances...was an Honorable Mention All-America selection by Volleyball Magazine in 1985 ... a first-team All-Gateway Conference selection in 1983 and 1985 ... trained with the USA women's national team in 1985 ... in the summer of 1985, she represented the USA in the World University Games held in Kobe, Japan...after her collegiate career Jordan participated in the 1987 inaugural season as a setter for the Chicago Breeze ... head coach at Western Maryland College and, an assistant coach at Tennessee, before returning to the Redbirds to coach under Julie Morgan in 1989, when the Redbirds captured the Gateway Conference championship ... is currently the head coach at Clemson, accepting the post in 1993 ... also enjoyed a head coaching stint for the USA Youth National team.
