Former Illinois State women's golfer Marci Hill serves as the Assistant Director of the Karin L. Bone Athletic Study Center. In her role as assistant director, Hill oversees Student-Athlete Affairs, which provides programs that aid in developing student-athletes both personally and professionally. Hill also serves as the liaison between multiple student-athletes, professors, coaches and administrators. Along with the entire study center staff, Hill instills the necessary skills for student-athletes to achieve academic and personal success.

Hill earned a bachelor's degree in finance, with a minor in insurance from Illinois State in 2009, and in 2011, obtained her master's from ISU in business administration. Along with serving as the Redbird women's golf team captain, Hill was a member of the ISU Student Athlete Advisory Council (SAAC). In April 2010, she earned the Outstanding Student Leader of the Year Award at ISU and was recognized as a Who's Who Among College Students Award Recipient.

Hill currently resides in Normal, Ill.
