Megan Brown Position: Director of Events and Game Operations

Megan Brown has served as Illinois State's director of events and game operations since January 2011. Brown is responsible for organizing, staffing and managing all athletics events and operations. She also secures rental agreements for state, regional, national and international sporting and special events. Brown additionally acts as tournament director for multiple Missouri Valley Conference and Illinois High School Association championships.

After earning her bachelor's degree in communication/public relations from Northern Iowa, Brown worked as UNI's athletic facilities coordinator/director of sports camps. Brown later obtained her master's in sports and athletic administration from Gonzaga, where she also served as a facilities and operations assistant.

Brown is a member of the neXt professionals, an organization for young professionals, sponsored by the McLean County Chamber of Commerce. She resides in Normal, Ill.
