NORMAL, Ill. - On the final home game of the Illinois State softball regular-season, the team would like to extend a direct invitation to Red Alert members, to help cheer on the girls to a victory over Missouri Valley Conference rival Bradley, Thursday, May 2, at 5 p.m., at Marian Kneer Softball Stadium.

The first 100 Red Alert members in attendance will receive a free tumbler, after checking into the Red Alert table located near the stadium entrance. Members will also have the opportunity to take home prizes, as random give-a-ways will take place throughout the game.

All fans in attendance are encouraged to bring a non-perishable canned food item, as the team will be collecting items to donate to the Salvation Army to help families in need within the Bloomington-Normal community.

Admission is free for the entire regular season at Marian Kneer Softball Stadium, so fans are encouraged to come and help Redbird softball set a new attendance record. For more information about Redbird softball, please visit GoRedbirds.com and click on softball.
