Neal Cotts' Baseball Spikes on Auction
Feb. 11, 2009 Seize the opportunity to own a piece of the tradition and pride of Illinois State's athletic teams. The ISU Athletics Department is providing a unique opportunity for fans to own classic Redbird gear worn by student-athletes throughout the years. This week's auction (Feb. 9-16) features former Illinois State Redbird pitcher Neal Cotts' autographed baseball spikes. This pair of cleats is from Neal Cotts' first season pitching for the Modesto A's in 2001. Cotts went on to pitch for the Chicago White Sox and now plays for the Chicago Cubs.
