An outing at the University Golf Course is the perfect way to entertain clients, employees, or friends. The newly renovated golf course offers tree lined bentgrass fairways, well placed bunkers featuring tour-quality bunkers, undulating greens, and four sets of tees that offer a challenge to golfers of all skill levels.

The University Golf Course professional staff will assist you in all aspects of your golf outing including golf bag handling, registration, course set-up, contests, formats, rules, food and beverage, scoring, merchandise, and tournament coordination

Outing Services

The staff at the University Golf Course looks forward to working with your group to make your golf experience most enjoyable. Our PGA Professional will be working with you and your group on all of the details. The following golf services are available to enhance your outing.

  • Bag Drop Service- Our staff will provide assistance loading clubs on prearranged and clearly labeled carts.
  • Guest Registration - We will gladly set up tables and chairs either in our outdoor pavilion or near the 1st tee for your committee to greet guests if requested.
  • Scorecards - Professionally prepared scorecards will be ready for your group upon arrival.
  • Event Information Sheet - Details regarding your event format, special contests, and event rules will be distributed to your group prior to play.
  • Contests -Closest to the pin and long drive signs are available. Our staff will gladly prepare any of these contests for your event.
  • Tournament Scoring - At the end of the round we will provide complete and accurate scoring and easy to read summary sheets.
  • Prizes - The University Golf Course offers a well stocked Pro Shop with merchandise that will meet guest's needs. Gift Certificates are also available. Personalized items may be ordered through our pro shop.
  • Food and Beverage - Regardless of their score, your guests will enjoy the food and beverage available to them. Choices include individual selections from our snack bar and the beverage cart, or catered meals ranging from continental breakfasts, box lunches, and BBQ cookouts.

    Outing Fees and Tee Times

    Outing fees include 18 hole greens fees and cart fees, and all tournament coordination. All merchandise and food and beverage purchases are additional.

    Outings may generally be scheduled Monday through Thursday (in-season) and shotgun starts may be arranged for 120 or more golfers at either 8:00 am or 1:00 pm. Please call the Pro Shop for weekend availability during the off-season. Smaller groups (up to 48 players) may be scheduled at anytime based on availability.

    Tee times are set 8-9 minutes apart. The professional staff will provide you with a list of tee times for your event to assist you make your pairings.
